These terms apply to the autorpt.com website and to the apps published by Autorpt LLC ("we", "us"), including TV Tracker. By using them, you agree to these terms. App stores such as Google Play and the App Store may have their own terms, which also apply.

Using our apps

You may use our apps for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please don't misuse them: for example, don't try to break, overload or copy them, or use them to break the law.

Accounts

Some apps let you create an optional account. Keep access to your email secure, since that's how you sign in. You can delete your account at any time from inside the app.

Information in our apps

Show listings, air times and similar information come from third-party sources (for TV Tracker, TVmaze). We work to keep it accurate, but schedules change and we can't guarantee that every detail or notification is correct or on time.

Ads

Some of our apps are free because they show ads. Ads are provided by third parties such as Google, and their content is their responsibility.

No warranty

Our apps and website are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Autorpt LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our apps or website.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we'll change the date above; continuing to use our apps means you accept the updated terms.
